Dream Catcher Rental Rates

Rates (In US Dollars): Credit Cards Accepted and 10% tax is added to all rates:

Pet Friendly: $50 FEE PER PET. PRIOR APPROVAL NEEDED

A 1-time $150 cleaning/supply fee is charged for each rental

Weekly Rental: 7 Nights, 1 Night FREE! Holiday Rates Vary, Call or Write for Rates

Winter Rates: Jan, Feb.: $210/night for 2/4 people; $250-5/8 people, $275-9/14; 2 Night Minimum. 3rd night free except holidays which have a 3 night minimum

Spring Rates: March, April, and May: $225/night for 2/4 people; $275 for 5/8 people; $300 for 9/14 people. 2 Night Minimum.

Summer Rates: June, July, and August: $250/night for 2/4 people; $300 night for 5/8 people; $325 for 9/14 people. 3 night minimum from June through August.

Fall Rates: Sept, Oct, November: $225/night for 2/4 people; $275 for 5/8 people; $300 for 9/14 people. 2 Night Minimum in Sept & Nov, 3 night minimum in October.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years: $300 per night with a 4 Night Minimum.

Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July: $300 per night with a 3 Night Minimum.

TOTAL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

2 NIGHT DEPOSIT FOR WEEKLY RENTAL. Deposit, Refund: No Refund if Cancelled less than 60 Days

Spring Rates: March, April, and May: $850/Night Weekends, 2 Night Minimum, holiday weekends, 3 night minimum

Summer Rates: June, July, and August: $1095 per Night, 3 Night Minimum

Fall Rates: Sept. Oct. Nov. and Dec.: $850, with 3 night minimum in Oct
