Tanasi Lodge Executive Retreat Center is located atop Hatcher Mountain in beautiful Wears Valley, TN in the very heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. The retreat center offers exceptional accommodations for 10-14 professionals located on two adjoining properties. The main lodge has 6600 square feet, 10 bedrooms/ 8 baths with ample meeting space. There are three great rooms that can be used for meetings as well as break out areas for smaller groups. The eight foot covered decks provide another excellent small group setting, weather permitting. The Dream Catcher Cabin is located on adjacent property with 2200 square feet, 2 bedrooms/2 baths and two meeting areas.

With unparalleled vistas as the backdrop, Tanasi Center offers executive teams a relaxed environment, the privacy of a mountaintop retreat and unparalleled views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Customized leadership and organizational development programs are offered in 2-4 day formats or you can just contract for the facilities, food and other special packages. The price is all inclusive

Standard Conference Package

Includes:

Transportation to/from the airport (30 minute drive)
Accommodations
Meals, snacks/beverages
Open bar (Beer, liquor, wine, soft drinks)

Program Package

This package utilizes Dr. Hosford as a meeting facilitator or as a trainer in one of the many programs he has developed in leadership and organizational development. All amenities from the Standard Conference Package are included.

Special Gourmet Package

This is a unique opportunity for your group to have their own Executive Chef prepare the meals on site. A team building experience can be included around preparing a five course fine dining menu. Conference attendees can also participate in meal preparation and benefit from recipe sharing.
